asmx webservice return limit number of records from database

Hi everyone i am new in webservices we have big project
Between 4 entites and we are one of them
We share our data view from oracle database
I created asmx using vs2017 and test it in soapui
And working fine but if in production the view contains 1 million records it return nothing and also the i used database authentication to access the service is it the rights way please help
