Self Signed Certificate-may not have a private key that is capable of key exchange

Hi,

I created the self signed certificate using windows server 2012 certificate store "Create custom request".

I am able to export the certificate with private key.

But i am getting below error, i tried giving all permission to the certificate but no luck.

It is likely that certificate 'CN=dev.XXX.com' may not have a private key that is capable of key exchange or the process may not have access rights for the private key. Please see inner exception for detail..]
